Cincy Fire Dept. Releases Details on Daryl Gordon Death
The Cincinnati Fire Department released its line of duty death report for FAO Daryl Gordon.
The report cites that the fifth floor elevator, at the Kings Tower apartment where the fire occured, should never have opened when the elevator wasn’t on that floor.
Gordon died, last year, while attempting to put out the fire at the Kings Tower. He fell in the elevator shaft from the fifth floor elevator door.
The report also includes preventative measures from letting an incident, like last year, happening again.
