Strawberry and Avocado Sesame Salad [RECIPE]

¼ cup honey

2 Tbsp sherry vinegar or red-wine vinegar

2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh mint

¼ tsp freshly ground pepper

pinch of salt

4 cup baby spinach

1 ½ cup strawberry

2 tsp sesame seed
